Whitestone’s managers include licensed professional engineers, licensed site remediation professionals (NJ), licensed site professionals (MA), licensed environmental professionals (CT), professional geologists, licensed asbestos and lead inspectors, certified hazardous waste supervisors, and certified and licensed construction inspectors and managers.

Thomas K. Uzzo, LSRP President & CEO
Tom manages Whitestone’s corporate activities. Prior to founding Whitestone in 1994, Tom was Director, Regulatory Compliance for a NJ-based remediation firm from 1989 to 1994, and between 1987 and 1989, he was an Enforcement Officer with USEPA’s Region II Superfund Division.
Christopher Seib, LSRP, PG Executive Vice President & COO
Chris currently oversees corporate operations from Whitestone’s Warren, New Jersey headquarters and Wall, New Jersey branch office. Prior to joining Whitestone in 2000, Chris was an Associate Environmental Scientist for a regional environmental firm and completed an internship with NJDEP. Chris is a NJ LSRP and NY PG.
Keith T. D'Ambrosio, PE, LSRP Vice President
Keith is a licensed Professional Engineer and NJ LSRP who spearheads Whitestone’s Business Development program and manages Whitestone’s Pennsylvania operations. Prior to joining Whitestone in 1996, Keith held a series of progressively responsible positions during his five years with a national environmental engineering firm.
Laurence W. Keller, PE Vice President
Larry is a licensed Professional Engineer and has managed projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Northeastern and Southeastern United States. As Vice President and Discipline Lead for Geotechincal Engineering, Larry is responsible for observing corporate standards for geotechnical Engineering and managing Whitestone’s NJ and PA-based geotechnical engineering operations.
Ryan R. Roy, PE Vice President
Ryan is a licensed Professional Engineer and has managed projects throughout the United States. As Vice President and Discipline Lead, Ryan is responsible for all Design/Build and Construction Phase Services in addition to managing Whitestone’s New England and Upstate New York offices and operations.
Jeffrey T. Bauer, PG, LSRP Vice President
Jeff is a licensed Professional Geologist and NJ LSRP who has held a series of progressively responsible positions at Whitestone. Jeff is Discipline Lead for Whitestone’s environmental operations and directly manages Pennsylvania based environmental matters. Prior to joining Whitestone in 2002, Jeff worked as a Geologist for a national environmental services provider.
Tina M. Wakai Chief Financial Officer
As Whitestone’s Chief Financial Officer, Tina is responsible for all corporate financial management functions and oversees Whitestone’s accounting, billing and finance operations.
Philip J. Oricchio, PHR, SHRM-CP Chief Resource Officer
Phil manages Whitestone’s Human Resources program and also oversees and maintains Whitestone’s IT operations and cyber security measures.
Lewis D. Sidorsky, CPA Chief Administrative Officer
Lew works with Whitestone’s Executive Team and corporate managers as a senior mentor and advisor to assist with back office and operational improvements and troubleshooting.
