Whitestone’s environmental and geotechnical staff and managers have extensive training and experience in environmental litigation, waste management, environmental auditing, remedial design, remediation management, geotechnical exploration and engineering, on-site wastewater treatment system design, and construction oversight.
The company’s multi-disciplined staff includes licensed professional engineers, Licensed Site Remediation Professionals (NJ), environmental auditors, professional geologists, licensed asbestos and lead inspectors, certified hazardous waste supervisors, and certified and licensed construction inspectors and managers.

Thomas K. Uzzo, LSRP, PEA
Tom manages Whitestone’s corporate activities. Prior to founding Whitestone in 1994, Tom was Director, Regulatory Compliance for a NJ-based remediation firm from 1989 to 1994, and between 1987 and 1989, he was an Enforcement Officer with USEPA’s Region II Superfund Division.
Keith T. D'Ambrosio, PE, LSRP
Keith is a licensed Professional Engineer and LSRP who manages Whitestone’s Chalfont, Pennsylvania office. Prior to joining Whitestone in 1996, Keith held a series of progressively responsible positions during his five years with a national environmental engineering firm.
Laurence W. Keller, PE
Principal, Geotechnical Services
Larry has been providing geotechnical engineering and consulting services to private and public sector clients for more than 20 years. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in seven states and has managed projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast. As Principal, Geotechnical Services, Larry is responsible for Whitestone’s geotechnical engineering operations.
Ryan R. Roy, PE
New England Regional Manager
Ryan is a licensed Professional Engineer in 13 states and has managed projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern United States. As Regional Manager, Ryan manages Whitestone’s Southborough, Massachusetts office and is responsible for Whitestone’s New England operations.
Christopher Seib, LSRP
Principal, Environmental Services
Chris currently oversees environmental operations in Whitestone’s Warren, New Jersey headquarters office. Prior to joining Whitestone in 2000, Chris was an Associate Environmental Scientist for a regional environmental consulting and engineering firm. Chris also held an internship for NJDEP while at Rutgers University.
Jeffrey T. Bauer, PG, LSRP
Principal, Environmental Services
Jeff is a licensed Professional Geologist and LSRP who has held a series of progressively responsible positions at Whitestone. Jeff currently manages environmental operations out of Whitestone’s Chalfont, Pennsylvania office. Prior to joining Whitestone in 2002, Jeff worked as a Geologist for a national environmental services provider.
Kenneth J. Luperi, PG, LSRP
Manager, Remediation Services
Ken is a Professional Geologist and LSRP with 25+ years of experience and is responsible for environmental projects based out of Whitestone’s Warren, New Jersey office. Prior to joining Whitestone in 2012, Ken was a Senior Project Manager for several NJ-based environmental engineering firms.
James M. Morgan
Senior Project Manager
Jim joined Whitestone as Field Services Manager in 1996. He was promoted to Senior Project Manager in 1999 and currently manages geotechnical engineering and construction phase testing and inspection projects out of Whitestone’s Pennsylvania office.
Kevin A. Feath, PE
Kevin is a licensed Professional Engineer and Project Manager with Whitestone’s Geotechnical Division in the Warren, New Jersey office. Kevin’s 14+ year professional career has been highlighted by a series of progressively more responsible positions within Whitestone’s Geotechnical Division.
