Whitestone conducted a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) for the historic Siegrist's Mill Covered Bridge in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The bridge was constructed in 1885 and remains part of an active light-industrial parcel.

Whitestone conducted Property Condition Assessments (PCA) on a nationwide portfolio of 70 locations from Maine to Florida and as far west as Texas. Some of the subject buildings were greater than 50 years old, and the properties (many with multiple structures) ranged up to 60 acres.

Whitestone completed visual pavement evaluations and surface mapping, performed evaluations of the site subsurface conditions, and developed rehabilitation plans and project specifications for rehabilitation or improvement to existing Wal-Mart distribution center and retail store sites located throughout the Eastern and Midwestern United States.

Whitestone conducted a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) of an operating self-storage facility in New Rochelle, New York. The facility consists of one four-story building (constructed in 1917, renovated in 1987) and one three-story building (constructed in 2001).
