Whitestone conducted a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) for the historic Siegrist's Mill Covered Bridge in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The bridge was constructed in 1885 and remains part of an active light-industrial parcel.
Whitestone conducted Property Condition Assessments (PCA) on a nationwide portfolio of 70 locations from Maine to Florida and as far west as Texas. Some of the subject buildings were greater than 50 years old, and the properties (many with multiple structures) ranged up to 60 acres.
