Whitestone’s Ecological Specialists provided wetland permitting and mitigation services for an approximately five-acre wetland located on a 20-acre host parcel being redeveloped as a trucking terminal in Lakeland, Florida.
Whitestone delineated petroleum hydrocarbon contamination in soil at a former bulk fuel storage and distribution facility located on the Raritan Bay in Atlantic Highlands, New Jersey. The investigation, remediation, and regulatory reporting are being conducted under Whitestone LSRP oversight in support of residential redevelopment of the property.
