Whitestone conducted geotechnical due diligence investigations to support the development of four-story senior living facilities in Wildwood, FL and Lutz, FL. The investigations consisted of completing soil borings and providing geotechnical recommendations for foundation, floor slab and pavement support. Additional investigations were also completed to delineate a potential sink hole area encountered with the proposed building footprint.

Whitestone provided environmental, geotechnical, and construction phase inspection services for a 112,000 total square feet, four-level specialty care facility with one level partially below grade in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
Geotechnical & Construction Inspection – Hanover Township, Pennsylvania
Whitestone provided geotechnical and stormwater management investigation, and construction inspection services for an assisted living development in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. A carbonate rock evaluation and eventual carbonate rock remediation grouting program was designed and implemented for the proper construction of the two story structure, 50,000+ square feet facility.

Whitestone provided geotechnical and stormwater management investigation, and construction inspection services for the expansion of an assisted living facility in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. Additional services included an evaluation of the existing building foundations and a micropile foundation system evaluation and design for new pedestrian bridges.
